Coconut and Carrot Milkshake

Ingredients: Yields 4 servings

From the grocery store:
4 scoops of coconut ice-cream
15cl carrot juice

From the cheesemarket:
10cl milk

From your larder:
1 sachet saffron threads
salt, pepper

• Warm the milk together with the saffron threads in a pan over a low flame. Let the milk infuse for 15 minutes off the heat. Sieve the milk and place in the fridge.
• Place the saffron milk, coconut ice-cream and carrot juice in a blender. Blend on pulse setting until you obtain a smooth milkshake. Check the seasoning.
• Serve immediately.
