Melon Carpaccio with Basil and Limes

Ingredients: Yields 4 servings

From the fresh produce market:
1 melon
2 limes
A few basil leaves

From your larder:
Olive oil
Salt, pepper

• Peel the melon and slice it in 4.
• Cut each quarter into fine slices and arrange them on your plates.
• Squeeze 1/2 of a lime (according to taste) over each plate and add a drizzle of olive oil.
• Finely chop the basil and sprinkle it over the melon. Season with salt and pepper.
