Orange Crème Brûlée - Nest in Normandy Dieppe

Orange Crème Brûlée 

Ingredients: Yields 6 servings

From the cheesemarket:
6 eggs
1l single cream

From the fresh produce market:
1 orange

From your larder:
100g sugar
Vanilla extract
Orange blossom extract

  • Beat 2 whole eggs and 4 egg yolks with the sugar. Add the extract of vanilla and orange blossom.
  • Grate the orange zest and add it to the mixture.
  • Add the cream.
  • Pour into ramekin dishes and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 100°C.
