Ingredients: Yields 2 trays of brownies
From the grocery store:
200g dark chocolate
175g brown sugar
From the cheesemarket:
140g semi-salted butter
From the fresh produce market:
1 organic orange
From your larder:
1 tsp. fleur de sel
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt half of it with the butter. Mix well before adding the sugar, the eggs and the flour, then mix again.
- Zest the orange and add the zest, along with the remaining pieces of chocolate, to the batter. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
- Cover a rectangular tin with backing paper and spoon the batter into it. Sprinkle with a little fleur de sel, then place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
