Orange on the rocks
Ingredients: Yields 4 servings

From the grocery store:
4 scoops of orange sorbet
50cl orange juice
- Cut shallow grooves into the peel of the orange with a citrus peeler, cutting lengthwise from stem end to other end. Cut the orange crosswise into 4 slices.
- Pour the orange juice into glasses, add the cider and mix gently. Place a scoop of sorbet on top.
- Decorate with an orange slice on the rim of each glass and sprinkle with some grated lemon zest. Serve immediately.
